Returns & Exchanges

We create each order individually just for you. That's why, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

That said, we strive for complete satisfaction, and will do what we can to make sure you are delighted with your art piece. So if you have any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our very best to accommodate your request, although we have no obligation to do so.

The time period for any refund request, for any reason, is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly produced product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will then re-create and send you the same product again (without any modifications). After 30 days, we will not be able offer a replacement or refund even if your product is damaged.

We will not be responsible for situations arising from any errors on the part of the customer, such as providing an incorrect address, name, or photo.

If a digital product is included in your order, we cannot process any refunds once we have sent you the digital product.
